I believe you can order this without faxing in your credit card. Faxing your credit card in is just an option, not a requirement. You can definitely pay with just your credit card online since you’re not in an at risk country.

I am trying to purchase a program. I do not have time to just go fax a paper invoice when this is secure online. I think you need to fix your online card acceptance. I need to download the program and i cannot. No other site makes you enter your card info and fax it. You pay online directly and you get your download. I need this fixed.

Sure, here (http://iskysoft.com/faq/refund-policy.html) it states:
“If you encounter problems that we are unable to resolve, please log on to http://support.iskysoft.com to post a new ticket from Monday through Friday for a refund request within 30 days of the receipt of the product.”

But it also say:
“Due that a downloaded program and its registration code cannot be taken back, we do not refund your order or change your product simply because you have made a wrong selection.”

So, I would try their support system and try your luck because RegNow doesn’t have a strict refund policy, they’ll work according to vendor’s needs.
